If you cannot find items on line or have our printed catalog, you can still order on-line. It's easy, it's safe, and it's pretty fun, too! If you have any special instructions for any items entered here, you'll have the opportunity to enter them at checkout time. If you need to subtract an item. List all the information and  use the minus key (-1) in the Qty Box.

• Print clearly, include your name, phone number, full address, city, state, and zip code. Please refrain from using post office box numbers, as we generally ship via UPS and UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. If a PO Box is the only address available and the box is over 2 pounds the order will incur additional shipping fees for the use of Priority Mail Service.     
• List each item you need and the quantity desired. Include color, size (where applicable), etc. Include stock numbers with item descriptions.
• List the price for each item, and devise the total.
• North Carolina residents only: Add 7.5% sales tax.
• Orders shipped out of the USA are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid.)  Our shopping cart do not include taxes, custom duties, landing, and transfer fees. Please check with your local custom department for any of these type of charges.
•  $8.95 is our Minimum Shipping Charge
• Shipping Cost are based on the weight of the package and the zone being shipped.  Please select your method on the shopping cart.
•  $150.00 and over.................FREE by Ground UPS or Fedex Ground for all in stock merchandise unless noted other wise.

• La Rock's does not back order out of stock merchandise. At your request we can put out of stock items on a separate order.
   
• The shopping cart does not reflect real time inventory and sometimes takes a day for the item to be marked out of stock.  If an item is out of stock we will contact you to see if you want to make a change to the order.

  Drop Ship Fee...................$3.00
• UPS Address Change fee  $11.00  This is the fee UPS charges us if they change the address after the shipment has left. Please double check your address and do not have UPS deliver to another address unless you are willing to pay this fee.
